April 21, 1996: Calgary AB: The conclusion of the Bicentennial of Saint Vincent Pallotti's birth was celebrated by Pallottines and all the members of the local Union of Catholic Apostolate groups. A mass was celebrated in front of the new outdoor St. Vincent Pallotti statue with renewal of Pallottine Apostolic commitments. During the outdoor mass a heavy snowfall occurred; we still speak about this mass as the infamous snow-mass. Following the mass, excerpts of Vincent Pallotti's life were performed by the junior group of the UAC, followed by dinner and benediction.
